Installing systems supplied by us means we can give you all the after sales support you require and any warranty issues will be taken care of by us.

Can I add more cameras my security system?

Do I need a static IP address?

No we provide a free DDNS service hosted privately by us. Its more secure than regular DDNS services.

Can I increase my hard drive so that I have more recording time?

Yes, we can supply more hard drive space if you require longer record times.

Can I view my security cameras remotely from my smart phone or tablet?

Yes! Provided you have internet at your home or office and mobile data for your smart device.

I have a 3G/4G modem at home, can I still get and view the cameras on my phone?

Will my security system have motion detection?

Nearly all CCTV security systems today have some kind of motion detection. We are yet to find one that is reliable.

What is the difference between the megapixels?

More megapixels means more clarity so when you zoom in on an image taken by the CCTV system it will still remain clear.

Will there be any ongoing costs or monitoring fees?

No, we integrate your cameras with all of your devices and then we ensure you understand how to properly use your CCTV system and remote applications so that you can self-monitor your security. That means, there are no ongoing monitoring fees associated with our systems.
